little dots, polka dots.....

I guess this piece is very simple. I was actually looking for a fabric that I could use to make springy dress for my little one. My Mum made a few dresses for me when i was little. All this beautiful patterns flowers, little dots, polka dots.......stripes looked  amazing. Fresh colors grass greens, strawberry, tutti frutti ice cream, banana, oranges, sand, sea blue bottles, colourful glass all of those were on my dresses

I was looking for a pattern like that and found a couple in my usual fabric shopping destination.
And than thought Hold on, necklace would look quite refreshing. and there it is.

This time I made plenty of shots, so one can see how precise it is and what is it to expect.

Union Jack

Union Jack is a wonderful pattern. Even if you not feel like I love United Kingdom looks great on your neck. If you feel patriotic - great way to demonstrate your state of mind.

Nursing necklaces

I love to breastfeed my 6 months old daughter. When she stops feeding for a moment, looks at me and smiles I am in haven. It seems to be that the world stopped for a second, time does not exist, just me and Her.

Sometimes though mother's face is not enough, She wants to play, even if Her tummy is not full yet.
She chooses to play with colorful beads I wear on my neck. She plays with them when I carry her in a sling. She likes my beads.

I uploaded some examples of beads, and they are available here. However if you would like to order very special piece, do contact me. We can create something unique.

A bit more complex .....

I love embroidering. Some would say it is boring, time wasting et cetera...
I used to spend a lot of time with my Mother embroidering, cross-stitching and sewing. I did like it.
My table cloth with poppy flowers covers the table in my parent's dining room.
Cross-stitched picture of Micky Mouse still hangs in the corridor there.
I looked at it during my last visit at home and thought Embroidered necklaces? Why not?

Roses in autumn

It is dark and dull outside....brrr. And it's raining and raining. Typical November. And I found in a drawer springy-summery piece of cloth, then grabbed a needle. And that is the outcome. I do hope that you like it. It's great as a small gift, cause ...  hmmm... brings up hope for sunny days which shall come sooner or later.
